ArgoDeck LLC ("we", "us") operates ArgoDeck, a software service that helps merchants manage pricing, cost and inventory on Amazon. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we access

Your marketplace data

When you connect your Amazon selling account, you authorise us through Amazon's official OAuth flow. We never see or store your Amazon password. With your authorisation we access:

• Listings and offers: your SKUs, ASINs, prices, and competing offers on the same products
• Inventory: quantities, fulfilment status and inventory age
• Financial events: sales, fees and refunds, used to calculate revenue and profit
• Catalogue data: product titles, brands, images and sales rank
• Account information: your seller identifier and marketplace participation

Data you give us

• Cost of goods: what you paid for inventory, entered manually or uploaded as a file
• Account details: your email address and billing information
• Settings: pricing strategies, rules and preferences

2. Why we use it

Solely to provide the service you signed up for:

• Calculating minimum and maximum prices from your costs, fees and profit targets
• Deciding whether and how to reprice a listing when a competitor moves
• Reporting your true revenue, cost of goods, fees and profit
• Alerting you to Buy Box changes, price movements and suppressed listings
• Providing support when you ask for it

We do not use your data to train models sold to others, and we do not use one customer's data to inform another customer's pricing.

3. How we protect it

• Encryption in transit: all traffic over HTTPS
• Encryption at rest: marketplace credentials, including refresh tokens, are encrypted in our database
• Least privilege: access limited to those who need it
• Logging and monitoring: access is logged; credentials are never written to logs
• Incident response: we will notify you without undue delay if your data is affected

We handle Amazon data in accordance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.

4. Who else sees it

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other customers. We use a small number of service providers to run the product:

• Hosting: servers and databases
• Payment processing: billing, which handles your payment details directly; we never store card numbers
• Email delivery: account and alert emails
• AI assistant: when you ask Argo AI a question, the figures needed to answer it are sent to our AI provider, which may not train on them and deletes them within 30 days. Buyer comments are never sent

Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active, because historical cost and sales data is what makes profit reporting possible. If you revoke our access in Seller Central we stop collecting new data within the hour. If you close your account, revoke our access, or ask us to delete your data, we permanently delete it from our live systems and from every backup within 30 days, except where we must retain records for tax or legal reasons.

6. Your choices

• Disconnect at any time: revoke our access from your Amazon Seller Central account. New data stops arriving within the hour
• Export your data: cost and listing data can be exported to CSV at any time
• Request access or deletion: email us and we will respond within 30 days
• Correct your information: most of it is editable directly in the app

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

8. International transfers

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access ArgoDeck from elsewhere, your data will be transferred and processed there.

9. Children

ArgoDeck is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If we make a material change we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
