Alerts you can act on, not noise
Most alert tools tell you something changed and leave the rest to you. ArgoDeck tells you what it means, what it's worth and what to do next.
Every alert comes with the fix
What happened in plain English, numbered steps to fix it, and a button that opens the right page in Seller Central or in ArgoDeck.
Ranked by money, not by time
Alerts are sorted by priority and then by the money at stake, worked out from what you paid for the units. The expensive problems are always at the top.
Checked against Seller Central
An alert type only appears once we've checked that it matches what Seller Central shows. If it isn't reliable yet, it stays hidden.
Quiet when there's nothing to do
Alerts you can't act on stay out of your list, and short blips are ignored. A suppressed Buy Box only becomes an alert after it lasts an hour.
It comes back if it isn't fixed
Mark an alert resolved and it hides for 7 days. If the problem is still there, it shows up again.
Built on your own numbers
Alerts read the same inventory and costs as the rest of ArgoDeck, so they can tell you about stock at your prep center or a shipment that came up short.
What ArgoDeck Alerts watches
Sixteen alert types across your listings, stock, shipments and account. Each group has its own place in the menu, so you can go straight to what you care about.
Sellers and Buy Box
Who's on your listings and whether you're winning.
Listing health
Problems that stop a listing from selling.
Stock and money
Inventory that's running out, stuck or at risk.
Shipments and account
Shipments into Amazon, FBM orders and your account standing.
How an alert works
From the moment ArgoDeck spots a problem to the moment it's gone.
Spotted
Every alert type is checked every 30 minutes, using data ArgoDeck reads from Amazon on its own schedule, from hourly to daily.
Ranked
Urgent, this week or FYI, with the money at stake. Only the problems that can really hurt you, like account health or an FBM order due today, are ever marked urgent.
Explained
Open it to see what happened, how long it's been open, the units involved and the steps to fix it.
Resolved
Mark it resolved, add a note for your team, or mute the type, the SKU or the seller if it doesn't matter to you.
Buy Box tracker
Alerts tell you when something goes wrong. The Buy Box tracker shows you the trend, so you can see which listings are slipping before they cost you sales.
Across your FBA listings
- Your Buy Box share over the last 30 days.
- How many listings you hold 90% of the time or more.
- How many are unstable, changing hands more than 4 times a day.
- How many lost 30 points or more compared with last week.
For each listing
- A bar for each day showing how much of it you held the Buy Box.
- Who held the Buy Box when you didn't.
- Tabs for listings that lost ground, are unstable or rarely win.
History and team work
See what changed while you were away, and keep everyone on the same page.
Two weeks of history
Every alert that appeared or cleared in the last 14 days, plus every competitor price move of at least $1 or 2% on your listings.
Notes for your team
Add a case number or what you tried to any alert. Notes are saved with who wrote them and when.
Search and export
Search by SKU, ASIN, shipment or product, mark everything as seen, and export the list to CSV.
Ask Argo AI about your alerts
Ask in plain English and get an answer from your own account. Who is undercutting me? How is my account health? What changed on my listings this week? Which FBM orders do I need to ship today?
Alerts questions
What sellers usually ask about ArgoDeck Alerts.
What does ArgoDeck Alerts watch?
New sellers on your listings, a suppressed or lost Buy Box, listings Amazon blocked, changes to your detail pages, stock running out, stranded inventory, stock Amazon is about to send back, shipments Amazon received short, FBM orders close to their ship by date, stock stuck at your prep center, and your account health.
How often does it check?
Every 30 minutes for every alert type, and again whenever you open the Alerts page. Each check reads from Amazon on its own schedule, from hourly for FBM orders to daily for reports like account health and stranded inventory.
Will I get flooded with alerts?
No. An alert type only shows once we've checked it against what Seller Central shows, and alerts you can't do anything about stay out of your list. A suppressed Buy Box, for example, only becomes an alert after it lasts an hour.
What does at stake mean?
It's the money tied up in the problem, usually the units involved times what you paid for them. For an FBM order due to ship, it's the order total. Alerts are sorted by priority and then by money at stake, so the expensive problems come first.
Does it tell me how to fix the problem?
Yes. Every alert explains what happened in plain English, lists the steps to fix it, and has a button that opens the right page in Seller Central or in ArgoDeck.
Does it catch hijackers on my listings?
It alerts you when a new seller joins your listing and either holds the Buy Box or is priced under you, so you can check whether they're a real competitor or a hijacker.
Can I mute alerts?
Yes. Mute a whole alert type, a single SKU or a single seller. When you mark an alert resolved it hides for 7 days, and it comes back if the problem is still there.
Is it a SellerSonar alternative?
It covers the alerts many sellers pay a separate tool for, like new sellers on a listing, a suppressed Buy Box, detail page changes and account health, and adds stock and shipment alerts built on your own inventory and costs.
How much does it cost?
Alerts are included in every ArgoDeck plan, along with the repricer, inventory and profit analytics. Sellers doing under $5K a month use it free.
