Numbers checked against your data
Each number in a written answer is checked against the report it came from, and a sentence with a number it can't back up is removed. A report is only as fresh as Amazon's data, and when something is missing, Argo AI says so.

Your data stays yours
Argo AI works only with your own account, and only with what a question needs. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled.
- Only your account. Every report Argo AI uses is limited to your own account, and that is covered by automated tests. It sees competing prices on your listings, never another seller's margins or sales.
- No buyer personal data. ArgoDeck doesn't keep buyer names, addresses or emails, so Argo AI has none to read.
- Only what's needed. Some common questions are answered without any AI model. Others send the question to our AI provider to pick the right report, and written answers also send the results needed to write the reply.
- Respects team access. Teammates who can't see profit don't get profit numbers in Argo AI's answers either. See team access.

What is Argo AI?
Argo AI is the AI assistant built into ArgoDeck. You ask questions about your Amazon business in plain English and it answers from your own account, including your stock, listings, Buy Box, alerts, profit, returns and payouts. It's in beta.
Can Argo AI change my prices or listings?
No. Argo AI is read only. It can't change prices, start promotions or edit anything. When something needs doing, it tells you where to do it.
Where do its numbers come from?
From the same reports and calculations your ArgoDeck pages use. Every number in a written answer is checked against the report it came from, and a sentence with a number it can't back up is removed. A report is only as fresh as Amazon's data, and when something is missing, Argo AI says so.
What happens if it doesn't know?
It says so in one sentence instead of guessing, and it tells you when a list is cut short, like 12 of 599.
Can it see other sellers' data?
It sees the competing prices on your own listings, the same way the repricer does. It never sees another seller's margins or sales, and every report it uses is limited to your own ArgoDeck account.
Does Argo AI see my buyers' personal information?
No. ArgoDeck doesn't keep buyer names, addresses or emails, so Argo AI has none to read. Return comments are only counted into themes.
Is my data sent to an AI provider?
Some common questions are answered without any AI model. Others send the question to our AI provider to pick the right report, and written answers also send the results needed to write the reply. Teammates without access to profit don't get profit numbers in their answers.
Can Argo AI answer questions about ads or Walmart?
Not yet. ArgoDeck doesn't include Amazon advertising data or Walmart, so Argo AI tells you that instead of guessing.
Will it tell me the best price for a product?
No. It shows you what the market, your costs and your sales say, and points you to the repricer, but it won't pick an optimal price for you.
