ArgoDeck
Inventory for Amazon sellers

Know what every unit cost you, and where it is right now.

ArgoDeck is inventory management software for Amazon FBA and FBM sellers. Record a purchase once and it follows the units from your door, through your prep center, all the way to Amazon. Every batch keeps its own cost, so you always know what you really paid.

Included in every plan. Free if you sell under $5K a month.

Why sellers move their inventory to ArgoDeck

Amazon tells you how many units it has. It doesn't tell you what you paid for them, where the rest of your stock is, or whether the prep center counted everything you sent.

Every purchase keeps its own cost

The same shoe bought in March at $43 and in July at $25 isn't one cost. ArgoDeck keeps each purchase as its own batch and sells the oldest units first, so your cost of goods is right on every sale.

You always know where your stock is

With you, on the way to the prep center, at the prep center, on the way to Amazon or at Amazon. Every unit is in one place, with the money tied up in it.

It checks itself against Amazon every day

Every morning ArgoDeck compares its count with Amazon's for each listing, fixes units in the wrong place and lists anything it can't explain.

Recording a purchase takes seconds

Type an ASIN and ArgoDeck fills in the title, size, UPC and image from Amazon, shows your breakeven with Amazon's real fee, and creates the SKU.

Record purchases your way

However you track buys today, you can keep doing it. ArgoDeck takes them in without retyping.

From your Google Sheet

Keep logging buys in your Google Sheet. Pick the rows, preview them and import. ArgoDeck can write the new SKU back into your sheet and start a listing batch with them. Rows already imported are skipped.

One by one, fast

Set the store and date once, then just type ASIN, quantity and price paid for each item. Bought it before? ArgoDeck spots the rebuy and adds it to the same SKU.

From a CSV export

Upload costs from InventoryLab, Aura, BQool, RepricerExpress, Sellerboard or any spreadsheet. Match the columns, preview the result and approve it.

What each purchase holds. Cost per unit, inbound and prep cost, FBM postage, purchase date, store and the store order number. That's everything you need later for profit, refunds and store claims.

Cost of goods you can trust

Most profit numbers are wrong because the cost behind them is a guess. ArgoDeck keeps cost where it belongs, on the purchase.

  • Cost per purchase batch. Every buy is its own batch with its own cost, so a cheaper rebuy doesn't rewrite what you paid for the first one.
  • Oldest units sell first. As Amazon reports sales, ArgoDeck takes units from the oldest batch first. A refund puts back exactly the units it came from.
  • Breakeven on every SKU. Each item shows what it cost, its breakeven price and the money tied up in it.
  • Missing costs get flagged. Items without a cost are listed so you can fill them in, and the repricer won't touch a listing until you do.
  • Connected to the repricer. Correct the cost of a purchase and the listing's cost and its min and max prices in the repricer update with it.
  • Stock you can't sell. Stranded, unsellable and inactive stock is listed in one place with the reason and the money at stake.
  • Ask Argo AI. Where are my units of this boot? What has been sitting the longest? Get the answer from your own inventory.

A SKU generator that writes SKUs the way you do

Build your SKU format once and ArgoDeck creates the SKU for every purchase. No more typing the date, cost and size into a SKU by hand.

Store codeTM
Purchase date05/06/26
Quantity10
Cost per unit13
Size8
Breakeven%22
Your SKUTM 05/06/26 10 13 8 %22

Example. Pieces are joined with the separator you choose.

  • Pick your pieces. Store, date in three formats, quantity, cost, size, color, breakeven, ASIN, condition, an FBA or FBM prefix, and a counter.
  • Always valid. SKUs stay under Amazon's 40 character limit, and if two would clash, ArgoDeck adds a number.
  • Your call. Turn the generator off anytime and type SKUs yourself.

Know where every unit is

Locations is the page sellers open most. It shows your whole pipeline, from the moment you buy to the moment Amazon can sell it, with the money sitting at each step.

With you

Bought and recorded, not sent to the prep center yet.

On the way to the prep center

Shipped by the store, with the carrier and the expected delivery date.

At the prep center

Received and counted, waiting to go to Amazon. FBM stock here is shown as for sale.

On the way to Amazon, then at Amazon

Taken from Amazon's own inbound shipments and inventory, so these numbers match Seller Central.

Moving from InventoryLab

Looking for an InventoryLab alternative? You don't have to start over or retype anything. Your history comes with you, and ArgoDeck takes over the daily work from there.

What comes with you

Your purchase history and costs from your InventoryLab export. Each purchase is matched to the listing ArgoDeck reads from your Amazon account, and you see a preview before anything is saved.

What ArgoDeck takes over

Recording purchases, creating SKUs, cost per batch, creating listings and tracking stock through your prep center. And you get a repricer and profit reports in the same account.

How the move works

Connect your Amazon account, upload your InventoryLab export, check the preview and confirm. From then on, record new buys in ArgoDeck or keep logging them in your Google Sheet and import from there.

Create Amazon listings in batches

Go from purchase to live listing without opening Seller Central for each item.

A queue of what's not listed

Every unlisted item with an ASIN, with the live Buy Box price, your profit and ROI, and a warning when it would sell under water.

Build a batch

Scan or search to add items, then set price, quantity and FBA or FBM. Run Amazon's checks on the whole batch before you submit, and get warned about prices far above breakeven.

Follow it until it's live

See every listing move from submitted to live, with the FNSKU once Amazon assigns it and any issue Amazon raises, explained.

Good to know. ArgoDeck adds your offer to products that already exist on Amazon, in New condition. FNSKU labels are printed from Seller Central.

Prep center tracking

For prep centers on the PrepBusiness platform, ArgoDeck connects directly, so you stop asking the prep center where your stuff is.

Before it arrives

  • The inbound is created for you once the listing is live.
  • Tracking numbers are picked up from the store emails you forward, and the parcel status and expected date show on each inbound.
  • Add a tracking number by hand anytime, and ArgoDeck checks it's a valid number.

After it arrives

  • See what the prep center received, what was unsellable and what went on to Amazon.
  • Close out each inbound unit by unit, marking anything that came wrong, missing, damaged or cancelled.
  • Missing and damaged units become store refund claims, and you get alerted when stock sits at the prep center too long.

Prep and ship to Amazon yourself

No prep center? ArgoDeck has a Box and Ship flow for sellers who send their own shipments.

Receive

Scan the UPC as each purchase arrives. ArgoDeck marks it received against the right order, and offers to record it if it's new.

Box it

Scan each FNSKU into a box, then close every box with its weight and size. Scanned the wrong one? Undo it.

Ship it

Create the shipment in Seller Central, then record the carrier, tracking and Amazon shipment ID. The units move to on the way to Amazon.

FBA and FBM inventory together

Your FBA, FBM and unlisted stock each get their own view, with what's on hand, what's on the way, cost per unit, breakeven and value.

FBA inventory

  • Stock at Amazon and on the way to Amazon, straight from Amazon's numbers.
  • Stranded stock, with the date Amazon will start returning it.

FBM inventory

  • Stock at your prep center counted as for sale, separate from FBA stock.
  • FBM sales take units out of the right batch, so FBM profit is right too.

Inventory questions

What sellers usually ask before they move their inventory over.

How do I get my inventory into ArgoDeck?

Three ways. Record purchases one by one with an ASIN, import rows straight from your Google Sheet, or upload a CSV export from InventoryLab, Aura, BQool, RepricerExpress, Sellerboard or any spreadsheet. Column matching and a preview come before anything is saved.

How does ArgoDeck track cost of goods?

Every purchase is its own batch with its own cost per unit, date, store and order number. When units sell, Amazon's sales data uses up the oldest batch first, and a refund puts back exactly the units it came from. So your cost of goods matches what you really paid.

Can it create my SKUs for me?

Yes. Build a SKU template from pieces like store, date, quantity, cost, size and breakeven, and ArgoDeck creates the SKU for every purchase. If two SKUs would clash, it adds a number. You can also turn it off and type your own.

Can I see where my inventory is?

Yes. Every unit sits in one place, whether that's with you, on the way to your prep center, at the prep center, on the way to Amazon, or at Amazon. Each stage shows how many units and how much money are tied up there.

Does it work with my prep center?

ArgoDeck connects to prep centers that run on PrepBusiness. It creates the inbound once your listing is live, follows the parcels, and shows what the prep center received and sent on to Amazon. If you prep yourself, you can box and ship from ArgoDeck instead.

Can I create Amazon listings from ArgoDeck?

Yes, for products that already exist on Amazon. Add items to a batch, set price, quantity and FBA or FBM, run Amazon's checks, and submit. ArgoDeck follows every listing until it's live and shows the FNSKU and any issue Amazon raises. Listings are created in New condition.

How do I know my numbers match Amazon?

Every morning ArgoDeck compares its stock with what Amazon reports for each listing. Units in the wrong place are moved automatically, and anything it can't explain is listed for you to check.

Does it handle FBM inventory?

Yes. FBM stock held at your prep center is counted separately as for sale, and FBM sales take units out of the right batch.

Is it an InventoryLab alternative?

Yes. ArgoDeck covers purchase recording, cost per batch, SKU creation, listing and prep tracking, and it shares those costs with the repricer and profit reports. You can bring your InventoryLab history in during setup.

How much does it cost?

Inventory is included in every ArgoDeck plan, along with the repricer, alerts and profit analytics. Sellers doing under $5K a month use it free.
