ArgoDeck
Profit analytics for Amazon sellers

See what every sale actually made you, after every fee.

ArgoDeck is profit analytics software for Amazon FBA and FBM sellers. It builds your profit and loss from Amazon's own financial data and what you paid for your products, fee by fee and product by product, and tells you which numbers are final and which are still an estimate.

Included in every plan. Free if you sell under $5K a month.

Profit numbers you can trust

Most profit tools show you a number. ArgoDeck shows you how it got there, and is honest about what isn't final yet.

One formula everywhere

Your Home page, the profit and loss, the products table and Argo AI all use the same profit formula, so the same period always shows the same profit.

Final or estimate, clearly marked

Refunds keep arriving for weeks after a sale. Each period shows whether it's final, or an estimate with how much of the expected refunds have posted so far.

Every fee by its real name

Referral, fulfillment, storage, returns, removals, postage and more, each on its own line using Amazon's own fee names. No mystery bucket called other fees. Advertising spend isn't included yet.

Cost from what you paid

Cost of goods comes from your own purchase records and the cost in your SKU, and returns Amazon grades sellable put that cost back. No flat guesses.

Your Amazon profit and loss

A full profit and loss statement for your Amazon business, by day, week, month, quarter, year or any range you pick.

  • Everything that moves your profit. Sales, shipping credits, refunds, Amazon fees, promotions, cost of goods, reimbursements, liquidations and postage, each on its own line.
  • Drill into any line. Click a fee or a refund line to see the SKUs behind it.
  • Compare periods. Put any period next to the one before it to see what changed.
  • Your call on inbound shipping. Choose whether shipping to Amazon comes off your profit.
  • Add your own lines. Other income and business expenses, one off or every month, so the bottom line is your real one.
  • Sales tax kept separate. Tax Amazon collects and pays on your behalf is shown, but never counted as profit.
  • Refunds still to come. Recent periods include an estimate of refunds that haven't posted yet, based on how refunds have arrived in the past.
  • Order date or posted date. See sales by the day they were ordered or the day Amazon posted them.
Today's profit, right away. Amazon takes time to post the money, so today and yesterday show an estimated profit based on your recent margin, clearly labeled, until the real numbers arrive.

Profit per product

See which products really make you money, and which only look like they do.

For every product

  • Units sold, sales, Amazon fees, cost of goods and net profit.
  • Margin and ROI on what you paid.
  • Refund rate, units back on sale and money reimbursed.

Group it your way

  • Look at profit by product, by type, by brand or by size.
  • Sort by any column to find your best and worst sellers.
  • The product rows plus account fees add up exactly to your profit and loss.

Money back from Amazon

When a customer gets a refund and the unit doesn't come back sellable, there's often money to claim. ArgoDeck matches every refund with its return, any reimbursement and what the unit cost you.

What Amazon owes you

Refunded units that never came back, units damaged by Amazon or the carrier, and FBM refunds you can claim back from Amazon, each with its claim window.

Ready to file

ArgoDeck writes the claim text and opens the right page in Seller Central. You file it, mark it claimed, and the row closes on its own once the money posts.

What needs a decision

Units the customer damaged that Amazon won't pay for, and FBM returns delivered back but not put up for sale again.

Store refunds too. When a store sends the wrong item, too few units or a damaged one, the claim lands in Store refunds with the order and amount. ArgoDeck writes the message, opens the store's help page, and flags claims older than 14 days.

Reports for returns, reimbursements, payouts and fees

The detail behind your profit, ready when you need it.

Returns and reimbursements

  • Every FBA and FBM return with Amazon's reason, Amazon's grade and whether it's back on sale or sold again.
  • Every reimbursement with the case ID, the order, cash or replacement, and any reversal.

Payouts and fees

  • Each settlement, the amount still building up and the date of your last transfer.
  • Fees by type, the SKUs paying the most in fees, and a check that it all matches your profit and loss.
Export anything. The profit and loss, products, money back and every report export to CSV for your accountant or your own spreadsheets.

Ask Argo AI about your profit

Ask in plain English and get the answer from your own numbers. How much did I make last month? Which brand makes me the most? Can I claim this refund? When is my next payout? Why isn't this product selling?

Moving from Sellerboard or a spreadsheet

Looking for a Sellerboard alternative? ArgoDeck reads your financial history from Amazon when you connect, and your costs come from your purchase records or your InventoryLab export. Because profit sits next to your inventory, repricer and alerts, the cost behind your profit is the cost you track every day.

Profit analytics questions

What sellers usually ask about profit in ArgoDeck.

Where does ArgoDeck get my profit numbers?

From Amazon's own financial data, read automatically after you connect your account, plus what you paid for your products. Every fee, refund and reimbursement Amazon posts lands on its own line.

How is cost of goods worked out?

From the cost in your SKU and your purchase records in ArgoDeck. When a return comes back and Amazon grades it sellable, that unit's cost is put back, so refunds don't count against you twice.

Why does a recent month say estimate?

Refunds keep arriving for weeks after a sale. Until enough of them have posted, ArgoDeck marks the period as an estimate and shows how much of the expected refunds are already in. Older periods are marked final.

Does it show profit per product?

Yes. Every product shows units, sales, Amazon fees, cost of goods, net profit, margin, ROI, refund rate and money reimbursed. You can also group by brand, type or size.

Can it find money Amazon owes me?

It matches every refund with its return, any reimbursement and the unit's cost, and lists the ones worth claiming with their deadlines. It writes the claim text and opens the right page in Seller Central, and you file the claim yourself.

Can I add my own expenses?

Yes. Add other income and business expenses, one off or monthly, so the bottom line matches your real business.

Does it work for FBM?

Yes. FBM sales, refunds and Amazon postage labels are all included, and you can filter the reports by FBA or FBM.

Can I export my numbers?

Yes. The profit and loss, products, money back and every report export to CSV.

Is it a Sellerboard alternative?

It covers profit and loss, profit per product, fees by type, refunds, reimbursements, payouts and money back, connected to your inventory and repricer. Advertising costs are not included yet.
